James R. Bandlow BANDLOW, JAMES R., age 39, of Winter Springs, FL, died Friday, Jan. 9, 2004. Mr. Bandlow was born in Webster, MA. He was a Structural Engineer and served in the Army National Guard. Survivors are daughter, Chelsea Bandlow; son, Dalton Bandlow; mother, Constance Sheldon; sister, Patricia Rush; brother, Robert P. Bandlow, Jr.; nephews, Gary Jr., and Nicholas LeCour.
